The Exhaust Air Purification System is equipment for treating the paint exhaust air. As you can see from the below photos, it is a 4S Bodyshop for BMW automobiles. The body shop has six prep stations, three middle-coating booths, three spray paint booths, two sets of VOCs exhaust air purification systems with activated carbon adsorption and catalytic combustion desorption technology.

Why does the exhaust air need to be purified?

Emissions from spray painting have significant implications for both local and regional
air quality.

Odours, fallout and toxic impacts are local, but as precursors to photochemical air pollution, solvents and other VOCs have potential regional effects.

Local council officers have an essential role in managing these operations and achieving positive environmental outcomes. So, a waste air purification system is needed.
